We live in a world where reality is no longer just what we see in front of us. We no longer have to rely on our senses to govern our experience of things, as technology allows us to create sensations that mimic the real thing so well, that we often aren’t able to tell the difference.
Extended Reality technology has transformed the virtual, live and hybrid event space. Using these revolutionary technologies, event planners now have the ability to digitally enhance guests' environments, transport them to a whole new space and even allow them to interact with holographic objects. These cutting-edge technologies will help you create an unforgettable experience for your guests, no matter where in the world they are tuning in from.
Humans are social beings and if the global pandemic has taught us anything, it is that the internet can be a great way to create connections and social experiences when used correctly. The future of events will be greatly impacted by Augmented, Virtual and Mixed realities as immersive experiences become a staple in the way we interact with brands, products and each other.

We’ve been doing Online Events through event websites, RSVP management and mobile apps since we started out in 2013, but now we’ve had the chance to really take a deep dive into providing Virtual Event solutions for our event planners, and we are looking forward to pushing the boundaries with our innovative team even further.
Well that was fun!
In our last newsletter we were just about to launch the Knowledge Series, and so far we’ve done two webinars which were filled with insight from our guest speakers and discussions with guests. Our first webinar on 13 May had guest speaker Steve Pinto, CEO of New Reality and the second webinar on 27 May had Co-founder of Still Human, Andy Golding, sharing tips for speakers and maintaining a human connection online.
We’ve done a lot over the last few months and had a ton of variety with the virtual events we are doing. We felt it would be apt to put together a full showcase to show event organisers the capabilities. On the 23rd of September we will hold the first Flock showcase of virtual events where we will skim through the multitude of various productions we’ve been a part of.
